Herman Williams: As a highly respected leader within the music industry, Mr. Herman Williams has exhibited the valued characteristics of self direction, Leadership, personal integrity, determination, creativity, and the ability to transform a vision into a dynamic business achievement; and serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Promotion for JEA/RIGHT NOW Records.

Mr. Williams gained extensive experience, honing his exemplary promotional skills and techniques while working with such notable acts as the legendary Bar-Kays. Walking in the footsteps of Memphis, recording industry icons such as, Sun Studio, Stax Records and Hi Recording Studio.

He founded C&W Records in 2007 and through hard work and dedication he is building the company into one of the most recognized and respected recording companies in the nation.

Featured in several publications including Sister2Sister, JET magazine, and TCP Magazine, C&W Records Inc has been recognized as an up and coming force within the music industry, boasting an artist portfolio that includes the vibrant gospel singer Dr. Yvonne Cole, The Duchess, and the indomitable talent of Sylvester Burk’s, whose latest single “Till The Morning Come” is receiving airtime in major markets across the country.

Mr. Williams has also committed his singular skills and leadership abilities to several community organizations, including serving as the National Team Liaison on stop the Violence in Memphis, TN.

In 2010 Mr. Williams was honored by the state of Tennessee with Senate Resolution NO. 202 and in 2011 Mr. Williams landed the biggest internet digital distribution deal in the USA for C&W Records at the age of Thirty-seven.
